I'm self-realizing. I'm driven by Freud's proverbial Id and am quite content with that. I'm of an erratic and impulsive nature. I'm disconnected and disassociative. I live on both sides of the fence and the grass is always green. I don't worry about... anything; I don't exert time or energy wondering what could have been. I'm on a constant excursion to effectuate the eventual. I'm driven and ambitious and constantly try to exceed my personal expectations. Being Danish is spending 40 minutes doing your hair if you're a girl and spending an hour if you're a guy. Being Danish is speaking English without R's and V's and slurring all the vowels but being able to sing along to "All By Myself" in an impeccable American accent. Being Danish is being able to bike home after 21 beers. Being Danish is waiting for the light to change before crossing the street, even if there are no cars anywhere on the horizon. Being Danish is having 2 percent body fat, in spite of never exercising and being on the three-sausage-a-day diet. Being Danish is keeping a grocery bag with you at all times, just in case you see a tilbud (discount) at Fakta on the way home. Being Danish is acting friendly and helpful all the time, no matter how tiring that must be. Being Danish is speaking at least three languages.
